Position Details
Work Location: Remote / Work from Home
Compensation: $16.00/hour
Paid Training Start Date: Monday, September 9, 2024
Training Hours: Monday thru Friday, 9am - 5:30pm CST
Hours of Operation (following training): Monday thru Friday, 9am - 5:30pm CST
Note: During training, you will be assigned a set work schedule within the indicated hours of operation listed above.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and issues through various correspondence channels.
- Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation and updates for each work event.
- Identify root causes of issues and concerns, determine resolutions, and refer to management when necessary.
- Maintain and organize backup information to substantiate payment postings as needed.
- Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management and recommend process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Previous call center/customer service experience required.
- Strong attention to detail with good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proficient in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team fostered and multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.
- Minimum internet speed requirements for remote work: Broadband connection, hard wired (no Wi-Fi or hotspots), 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload.
Note: Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (excluding breaks and lunches).
