Pay: $17 and Up, depending on experience

• Type: Remote, Full-Time, Customer Service

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 4:30pm CST (Training); After Training, Mon-Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm CST. Hours may flex based on business needs.

• Summary: Skygen is looking for a Customer Care Representative to assist our dental and vision customers with eligibility, benefits, authorizations, claims, and provider information. You will provide high-quality customer service, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and providing a memorable customer experience. You will also support enrollment activities and assist with claim adjustments, resubmissions, and feedback to the Provider Relations team.

• Requirements: 1-3 years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong listening and communication skills, and ability to work in a virtual environment. Empathy, attention to detail, and critical thinking are essential.
