• Summary: Rocket Money is looking for a Customer Support Associate to join their mission of helping people live their best financial lives. You will engage with members via online chat, provide customer service, solve account-related issues, and offer guidance on premium memberships. You’ll also escalate technical problems to engineering and help with product feedback.

• Requirements: Strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving ability, and a desire to help people with their finances. Experience in B2C tech customer service is a plus. Must be able to work weekends.
