Pay: $22.00/hour + Additional Incentives

Available Work Schedules:

• 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM ET (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat)
• 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM ET (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat)
• 12:30 PM - 09:30 PM ET (Mon-Fri)

• Summary: Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you'll support and build trust with customers while offering insurance products. Complete training provided to build your insurance knowledge base. Work in a collaborative environment with ongoing coaching and development.

Qualifications:

• Two years post-secondary education OR
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience

Work From Home Requirements:

• Quiet, designated workspace
• High-speed internet (at employee expense unless legally required)
• Hardwired internet connection required
• Surge protector for all Progressive equipment

Compensation Details:

• Base pay: $22.00/hour
• Bilingual bonus: +$1.00/hour (English/Spanish)
• Evening/weekend differential: +10%
• Performance bonus: Up to 16% of eligible earnings
