• Summary: MedQuest Associates is seeking a Scheduler to serve as the primary contact between our imaging center, referring providers, and patients. You will handle scheduling and processing of all inbound/outbound calls and faxes within 24 hours, while maintaining schedule optimization and providing exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at patient communication.

• Key Responsibilities: Managing multiple phone lines, scheduling various imaging modalities (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray), maintaining patient information, providing excellent customer service, and meeting performance metrics for call handling and appointment scheduling.

• Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 0-2 years healthcare experience, 40+ WPM typing speed, medical terminology knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong multitasking abilities.
