• Summary: As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will provide support for Kohler and Sterling plumbing products including installation troubleshooting, pre-sale assistance, and order placement. You'll deliver world-class customer service via telephone while resolving inquiries about Kohler products. Your performance will be measured through customer feedback surveys and experience evaluations.

• Requirements: High school diploma or GED (2-4 year degree preferred), 1+ years customer service experience, computer proficiency, hard-wired internet service (10mbps minimum), private workspace free from distractions, and ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
