• Summary: Join Jabra Hearing's mission to empower people with hearing loss. As a Customer Support Coordinator, you’ll provide omnichannel support, handle administrative tasks, and ensure seamless coordination across teams. This role focuses heavily on phone calls but also includes email, live chats, and more.
• Requirements: 1+ years of customer support experience, strong communication skills, ability to de-escalate, familiarity with support software (Salesforce a plus), and proficiency in English (Spanish preferred).
