Your role will be vital in ensuring customers get to their medical appointments smoothly and stress-free.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule rides for customers needing transportation to medical facilities.
• Assist with coordinating mass transportation when necessary.
• Manage volunteer and independent driver trips, including mileage reimbursement.
• Collaborate with transportation providers and healthcare facilities to resolve issues.
• Assign reservations efficiently to network providers to meet client demand.
• Communicate daily with transportation providers and ensure accurate data input.

What We’re Looking For

• High level of patience, empathy, and care for customers.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound call center environment preferred.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).

• PC Processor: Minimum i5 10th generation (or comparable AMD).
• PC RAM: Minimum 8GB.
• PC OS: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64 bit required).

• Headset: Double-ear, wired USB headset with boom microphone.
• Monitor/Screen: Two screens, at least one 19” or larger with 1280×1024 minimum resolution.
• Webcam: Integrated or external.
• Standard Keyboard and Mouse.
• Hardwired internet connection with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps (DSL, Cable, or Fiber required).
