Customer Service Representative - CPAP at Hart Medical Equipment

• Summary: Hart Medical Equipment is seeking a Customer Service Representative for CPAP services to provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for customers. You will take orders, answer questions, handle complaints, and troubleshoot problems. This role involves assisting internal and external customers professionally, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude, processing equipment service requests from multiple sources, coordinating with Dispatch for home equipment deliveries, and verifying medical necessity and insurance coverage.

• Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail, strong data entry and typing skills, computer proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical Demands: Regular sitting, talking, and hearing; frequent typing at a computer; occasionally standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs; close vision abilities required.
