Be the Heart of Our Customer Interactions
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the essential first point of contact for our current and potential customers and patients. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently resolving questions, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring customer and patient satisfaction in every interaction.
What You'll Do
- Social Media Management: Be the first point of contact on our social media platforms, responding to all customer inquiries promptly and monitoring social listening daily.
- Multi-Channel Support: Provide excellent customer support through inbound phone calls, chat, and email communication.
- Problem Solver: Follow call center conversation guides, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to establish solutions for our customers.
- Information Management: Properly document and verify all patient information.
- Relationship Builder: Engage with patients by going above and beyond in interactions to build sustainable relationships.
- Adaptability: Adjust to changes in regulation, policy, and procedures.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with all team members across written and spoken platforms.
- Goal-Oriented: Meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product category knowledge to share effectively with customers and patients.
- Order Assistance: Assist customers and patients with order placement when appropriate.
- System Navigation: Navigate multiple platforms and systems, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and patients.
- Dependability: Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Additional Duties: Perform other job duties as needed.
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills, showcasing a professional and friendly manner when interacting with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse groups of customers.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to engage the customer and personalize the experience.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Experience providing phone, email, and online support.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and constant communication with customers are required.
- Experience working with multiple computer platforms and programs simultaneously for extended periods of time.

- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
